Return Policy

Our mission is to make you smile and if for any reason this is not the case when receiving your item/s, please refer to the below.

Need to know.

  • We do not offer refunds or credit notes for change of mind.
  • We will accept exchanges. Once your item/s has been received we will process.
  • All return enquiries must be sent to info@instedwesmile.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached. We will not accept tampered or worn goods. 
  • All return emails must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing, international orders within 21 days.
  • We do not accept returns on sale or promotion items.
  • In the case that a return does not reach us, we will not be held liable. Please ensure you use a tracking safe method. 
  • Strictly NO refunds on Afterpay purchases. We will of course offer a exchange or credit note for any returns made with this service. 

Faulty.

  • In the case of a faulty item, please email us at info@instedwesmile.com. We will incur all postage costs, so please be sure to include a receipt.
  • If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund.
