Need to know.
- We do not offer refunds or credit notes for change of mind.
- We will accept exchanges. Once your item/s has been received we will process.
- All return enquiries must be sent to email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
- All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached. We will not accept tampered or worn goods.
- All return emails must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing, international orders within 21 days.
- We do not accept returns on sale or promotion items.
- In the case that a return does not reach us, we will not be held liable. Please ensure you use a tracking safe method.
Strictly NO refunds on Afterpay purchases. We will of course offer a exchange or credit note for any returns made with this service.
- In the case of a faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will incur all postage costs, so please be sure to include a receipt.
- If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund.
