IF YOU WISH TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM PLEASE CONTACT info@instedwesmil.com TO RECEIVE A RETURN REQUEST FORM. WE WILL THEN CONFIRM YOUR EXCHANGE. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND ORDER NUMBER WITH YOUR RETURN. FOR FAULTY RETURNS WE WILL ORGANISE A COURIER TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT AS WELL AS YOUR ORDER NUMBER. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL THEN ASSESS THE FAULTY ITEM. IF DEEMED FAULTY WE CAN OFFER AN EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT OR REFUND.
